Admission Protocol

Definitions

Applicants

This term encompasses individuals who have been recruited by Team Cardinalis and are currently navigating through any stage of the selection process.

Pro-Players

This designation is attributed to individuals who have received official recognition as professional players representing Team Cardinalis.

Recruiters

Identified by the unique Discord ID 1194687285153759302, this term denotes team members who have been designated with the "Recruiter" role, entrusting them with the responsibility of sourcing and recruiting potential team members.

Managers

Individuals holding the "Divisions Manager" role, as specified by the Discord ID 1196215425944535140, are referred to by this term. It includes those in charge of overseeing any division within Team Cardinalis.

​​Executive Board

This term is reserved for team members who carry the "Executive Board" role, signifying their position within the higher echelons of the organization’s governance structure.

CEO

Standing for Chief Executive Officer, this acronym identifies the leading executive of Team Cardinalis, responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the organization.

CeSO

Standing for Chief eSport Officer, this acronym identifies the leading of Team Cardinalis eSport Department, responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the eSport department.

Protocol

I / Retrieval

Recruiters are retrieving potential Applicants from all of their search sources given in the searching sources Discord channel
( accessible only for Recruiters and Recruitment Manager )

Recruiters have to ask the Applicants to create a contact post on discord or to fill the website contact form following the guidelines if they want to apply.

II / Application

Applicants have to create a post on the Discord Pro Server following the posts guidelines ( please refer to the guidelines ) or to fill the website contact form with their informations

Recruiters have to make Applicants wait until Managers interview the Applicants

III / Interviews

​Chief eSport Officer have to test the Applicants to get a feeling of their implications, ambitions and understanding of our project. Divisions Managers have to test the Applicants to get a feeling of their in-game level.

When the interview is finished, the Managers must create a report ( please refer to the
Tools Discord channel ) with the Applicant information, even if the application should be rejected.

VI / Executive Board Vote

The report is sent in the "Requests" channel where the Executive Board can vote to reject or accept the player in the team. The votes are closed and reviewed during the weekly Executive Board admission meeting.

If the Applicant has as much accept and reject votes, the CEO must make the final decision.

​​V / Admission Certificate

​When the votes are ended, depending on the proportion of votes, the Applicant can either be accepted in the team or rejected. In both cases, they receive the results through their post ( see "II / Application" ).

If the Applicant is rejected, they will receive a notification in the post with the result,

If the Applicant is accepted, the Applicant receives a notification in the post with the result, and is asked to sign a contract.
