Define workforce planning based on the organization's objectives
Maintain a competitive and industry watch on HR trends and best practices
Design and implement employee engagement programs
Adapt HR policies and culture to attract and retain top talent
Optimize employer branding through internal and external communication
Collaborate with leadership to foster a strong company culture
Interact with employees to address concerns and enhance workplace experience
Engage in conversations on diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives
Encourage employees to become internal brand ambassadors
Increase visibility and attractiveness of the employer brand
Identify and establish partnerships with key HR influencers and industry experts
Manage HR technology and digital tools to streamline processes
Develop targeted recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Track performance indicators (employee satisfaction, turnover, engagement...)
Produce analytical reports and adjust HR strategies accordingly
Monitor workplace sentiment and employee feedback
React proactively to workforce challenges and opportunities
